We reported before there was a possibility about Rachel being involved in “Brilliant” with Matthew McConaughey. Thanks to Chris we now have full access to the article. Rachel is currently in early talks for the project, the movie is still in development and the production will start Summer/Fall 2011.
Rachel McAdams is in early talks to star opposite Matthew McConaughey in the heist drama BRILLIANT. The film, which is being produced by Lakeshore Entertainment, from a recently rewritten script by Nicholas Kazan, centers on a master thief who is forced to pair up with a sexy young con artist in order to pull off a billion dollar diamond heist. With the new draft in place, producers are moving toward a mid-to-late 2011 start date, and if McAdams signs on, look for it to be soon.

James McAvoy > Mark Wahlberg > Matthew McConaughey, enough said.
