Ropesilicon is reporting that MPAA gave “About Time” a R Rating. The movie is written and directed by Richard Curtis and stars Rachel, Domhnall Gleeson, Bill Nighy and many more. Script editor Emma Freud recently revealed on twitter that the movie locked picture which means that the editing process is done. MPAA’s official website also reports that the alternative title for the movie is “Time And Time“.

The movie is currently set for a May 10 release in the US and a March 22 release for the UK but Universal is thinking about moving the release date to September according to the producer. The trailer was rated PG last month but it’s still not released.
