The movie is part of the Master programme and will have it’s North American Premiere. The movie premiered earlier this year during the Berlin Film Festival.

Plot: A tragic car accident links the lives of a struggling writer (James Franco), his long-suffering girlfriend (Rachel McAdams), a grieving mother (Charlotte Gainsbourg) and a publisher’s assistant (Marie-Josée Croze), in this intricate and beautifully shot 3D drama from master director Wim Wenders (Pina).
Runtime: 119 minutes
Principal cast: James Franco, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Rachel McAdams, Marie-Josée Croze, Robert Naylor, Patrick Bauchau, Peter Stormare

It was previously announced that “Spotlight” will have it’s international premiere during the festival. The festival runs from September 10-20 and for more information be sure to head over to the festival’s official website. Let’s hope Rachel is able to attend both premieres, if she does she will be on double festival duty!
