Principal photography for “Game Night” has begun in Atlanta, Georgia. Rachel was spotted in costume last week, wearing a brown wig and was spotted on-set yesterday as well. Rachel and co-star Jason Bateman were also spotted on-set filming a scene earlier this week. Rachel will star in the movie alongside Jason Bateman, Jesse Plemons, Kylie Bunbury, Kyle Chandler, Billy Magnussen, Sharon Horgan, Michael Cyril Creighton, and Joshua Mikel. THR reported earlier this week that Jeffrey Wright also joined the cast.
The script revolves around a group of couples who gather for their regularly planned game night when something goes terribly awry. Goldstein and Daley wrote the script, with previous drafts written by Dana Fox and Mark Perez. In a story in which characters may or may not be who they seem, Wright will play an FBI agent.
The movie will be directed by by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley and the movie will be released on February 16, 2018 in the United States. According to a recent casting call, the movie will film from April trough May in the Atlanta area.
