“Disobedience” has received a R rating according to Film Ratings. Bleecker Street picked up the rights for the movie in the United States and is aiming for an April 27, 2018 release. Curzon Artificial Eye will release the movie on August 24, 2018 in the UK.

“Disobedience” is part of the 41st Annual Göteborg Film Festival international competition with it’s first screening on February 2, 2018.
