88th Annual Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon

Rachel just arrived at the 88th Annual Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon held at the Beverly Hilton. Rachel’s co-star Mark Ruffalo, who is nominated for Best Supporting Actor, director Tom McCarthy, screenplay writer Josh Singer and the producers also attended the event. Rachel was photographed inside the venue alongside her friend and fellow actress Toni Trucks. She is wearing a Prada dress. We have added the first high quality images in our gallery.

68th Annual Directors Guild Of America Awards

Rachel supported her “Spotlight” director Tom McCarthy last night by attending the 68th Annual Directors Guild Of America Awards. McCarthy was nominated for the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film award, but lost to Alejandro González Iñárritu (The Revenant). Rachel took the stage to present McCarthy his nominee medallion during the award ceremony. She wore a Michael Kors dress with Brian Atwood heels. Rachel To Present At DGA Awards

We missed this news before, but it was announced last week that Rachel is one of the presenters for tonight’s 68th Annual DGA Awards in Los Angeles. “Spotlight” director Tom McCarthy is nominated for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film.

DGA President Paris Barclay today announced the presenters for the 68th Annual DGA Awards. The ceremony, to be hosted by Jane Lynch, will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

2016 SBIFF American Riviera Award

Rachel attended the 31st Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) yesterday evening were she received her American Riviera Award, alongside her “Spotlight” co-stars Michael Keaton and Mark Ruffalo. Ruffalo was unable to attend the tribute in person. The tribute Q&A panel was moderated by the SBIFF director Roger Durling and presented by “Spotlight” director Tom McCarthy. Rachel looks stunning in a Jonathan Simkhai dress with Louboutin heels. The first high quality images have been added in our gallery.


SBIFF – Michael, Mark and Rachel are three of the finest actors in the business. They are artists in the truest sense of the word who continue to surprise and inspire audiences with their talent. Their recent turn in SPOTLIGHT demonstrates their skills both harmoniously as an ensemble and individually, and it is an honor to celebrate their work with the American Riviera Award. The American Riviera Award was created in recognition of actors who have forged their own path – taking artistic risks and making a significant and unique contribution to film.

Next up are the Oscar Nominees Luncheon and 15th Annual Movies For Grownups Awards which will both be held on Monday (February 8). Rachel is expected to attend both events.


2016 SAG Portraits

The “Spotlight” cast posed for various portrait session after their 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards win for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture Award. Rachel posed alongside her co-stars Billy Crudup, Brian d’Arcy James, Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo, Liev Schrieber and John Slattery. The movie is currently available on Digital HD and is still playing in select theaters in the U.S.

The movie is available, starting today, in the U.S. on Digital HD. The Digital HD (on Itunes), Blu-Ray and DVD all include 3 special features. The 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were held yesterday at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Rachel attended the award show alongside her “Spotlight” co-stars Billy Crudup, Brian d’Arcy James, Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo, Liev Schrieber and John Slattery. The ensemble cast took home the biggest price of the night, the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture award. Rachel was a double nominee but lost the Best Supporting Actress to Alicia Vikander. The first batch with high quality images have been added in our gallery. Rachel is one of the presenters at the 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, which will be held this Saturday, on January 30. Rachel is nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for her work in “Spotlight“. Other presenters include her “Spotlight” co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Michael Keaton.

Idris Elba, Anna Faris, Corey Hawkins, SAG-AFTRA President Ken Howard, O’Shea Jackson, Jr., Michael Keaton, Anthony Mackie, Rachel McAdams, Jason Mitchell, Mark Ruffalo, Susan Sarandon and Kristen Wiig will be presenters at the 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards®, Executive Producer Kathy Connell announced today.

They join a growing roster of actors who will honor their colleagues at the SAG Awards® Ceremony that already includes Priyanka Chopra, Tina Fey, Brie Larson, Eva Longoria, Julianne Moore, Amy Poehler, Eddie Redmayne, Sarah Silverman and Jacob Tremblay. The 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be simulcast live on TNT and TBS on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 at 8 p.m. (ET) / 5 p.m. (PT).

Rachel McAdams is nominated for two SAG Awards this year for “Spotlight,” one for her supporting role – for which she also received an Oscar nomination – and the other as part of the cast. McAdams previous Actor® nomination was as a cast member in “Midnight in Paris.” She next will be seen starring in “Doctor Strange.”
