New “Game Night” Still

We are getting closer to the release of “Game Night” so it seems the promotion is getting on it’s way. Today, IGN exclusively released a new production still which features Rachel and costar Jason Bateman with costars Lamorne Morris, Billy Magnussen, and Kylie Bunbury in the background. The movie will be released on February 23, 2018 in the USA and Warner Bros UK recently moved the release forward for the UK towards March 2, 2018 (previously May 4, 2018).

Jesse Plemons, Kyle Chandler, Lamorne Morris, Billy Magnussen, Kylie Bunbury and Sharon Horgan also star in the film, and we’ve got a first look photo of the main cast.

The film’s directing team of John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein made their feature-debut as helmers with the 2015 Vacation remake, but they got their start as writers, having also worked on films like Horrible Bosses (1 and 2, also featuring Bateman), Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, and most recently, Spider-Man: Homecoming. But in the case of Game Night, the pair recently told IGN that one of the biggest challenges was striking the right tone between the comedy and thriller aspects of the film.

First Official Look At “Game Night”!

First Official Look At “Game Night”!

People Magazine released the first official look at “Game Night” featuring Rachel and her costar Jason Bateman. We have added the still in our gallery. Rachel’s costar Jason spoke to People, the article can be found below. The movie will be released on March 2, 2017 in the USA.

Some people take game night a little too far.

Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams find themselves fighting to save a friend’s life in the upcoming dark comedy Game Night — and PEOPLE has the exclusive first look.

In the film, the pair star as Max and Annie, whose weekly couples game night takes a turn when they divert from their standard Pictionary and charades to play a game of murder mystery — complete with fake thugs and faux federal agents. But when someone goes missing, the group must determine if it’s part of the game, or real life.

“In the game, somebody does get kidnapped and what we realize later is that’s it’s actually a real kidnapping by coincidence. It happens on the same night,” Bateman tells PEOPLE. “So there’s some overlap in there in wondering what’s real and what’s part of the game, which lends itself to a little bit of action, some nighttime intrigue, thriller stuff. And of course, you’ve got the comedy all the way through.”

Kyle Chandler, Billy Magnussen, Sharon Horgan, Lamorne Morris and Jesse Plemons also star in the film, which comes from Vacation directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein.

Game Night hits theaters March 2, 2018.
